Dae Mul the Korean Cartoon Becomes a Korean Drama in October

In October, SBS will be broadcasting Dae Mul (대물) which translates to “Big Fish”. Park In Kwon is a cartoonist who made Dae Mul, which was printed on the Korean sports newspaper, Good Day. Another cartoon of Park In Kwon was made as a Korean drama before. It was Money’s Warfare.

Kwon Sang Woo and Ko Hyun Jung will star in Dae Mul. Kwong Sang Woo plays as Har Ryu, a male socialite, and Ko Hyun Jung plays as Seo Hye Rim who is trying to become South Korea’s first female president.

Originally the drama was projected to air in July 2009 but it was postponed to October 2010 due to Ko Hyun Jung’s schedule in the historical drama series, Queen Seon Duk.

Dae Mul, the Korean cartoon, will become a Korean drama this Fall.
